“I am so grateful to have found Beth. I met her shortly after discovering, in my second trimester, that one of my twin girls had passed away. As it occurred in the second trimester, I would continue to carry her and her sister to term. This resulted in a complicated pregnancy, emotionally. In addition, there were physical complications during and post delivery. Beth has given me the tools to help me cope and heal from my postpartum depression, grief and anxiety. Most importantly, she has taught me (and continues to teach me) how to honor my emotions and to be authentic with myself and others, so that I may continue to be a strong, resilient and brave mother. Every time I leave therapy (Beth) I feel calm, confident and validated. It is nice to have a safe space to be my true self. Currently, I see Beth via FaceTime, as my family had to move out of state due to my husband's work. It is a great comfort to be able to continue to work through my grief and anxiety with someone I trust and who already knows my story. “
